The Dr. Sebi Extreme Healing Fast

Dr Sebi talks about how "mucus only comes when you have injected something harmful into your body."
He further answers that when asked "My Grandmother has Parkinson's Now." Dr. Sebi stated "She has mucus in her brain." "Well my uncle has arthritis?" Dr. Sebi said "Well he has mucus in his bones. "Well what about my cousin who has AIDS? Dr Sebi said "Well he has mucus in his lymphatic system." |
"Well What about my mother she is going blind?" Dr. Sebi said "Well she has mucus in her eyes."
Anywhere mucus has concentrated, you will have a name of other diseases. Simply quit eating for 21 days and you will feel wonderful.
WHAT IS A 21 DAY FAST?
Doctor Sebi Said "Stop eating for 21 days. Just drink water, and juices... and occasionally, a fruit or so. Just don't eat anything."
You can drink all the Spring Water You want. Drink Juice also. Dr. Sebi recommends tamarind juice but said he guess others will drink apple juice but it was not as good. You could also have prickly pear juice made with just water or soursop juice made with water.
Dr. Weil had a wonderful article on how as little as 3.4 ounces of sweetened drinks can increase your risk for cancer. Read the article here. So make sure your juice is 100 percent juice and no sweetener added.
If you have cancer or diabetes juice must be avoided. Instead make an herbal tea with dandelion root.
You can have fruit occassionally in your fast such as berries (except cranberries) oranges, key limes, nopal (prickly pear) and soursop too.
Dr. Sebi suggestes Bromide Plus (Bladderwrack and Sea Moss) and Green Food Plus (linden flower, bladderwrack, nopal and nettles)
USE EQUAL AMOUNTS OF ALL HERBS ABOVE. PUT IN A BOWL AND MIX. Place the herbs in capsules (size 00) Take 4 to 8 capsules of each daily.
Are the herb products required to fast? No, but helpful.
